Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
👓 Prescription & Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of prescription glasses and custom lenses, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

There is an error from our side (wrong lens power, frame, or damage).
