Currently, Al-Masoom.store is not registered with government tax authorities. Future compliance will be ensured.

Seller Policy

Account Types & Fees:

Regular: Free, 10% commission per sale

VIP: Rs. 3,000 one-time, 7% commission

Premier: Rs. 8,000 one-time, 3% commission

Only authentic and legal products allowed. Fake or misleading products will be removed.

Payments are made after full delivery. Complaints may delay payments. Fraud or misuse may lead to account suspension.

Al-Masoom.store is only a marketplace; product responsibility lies with sellers.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be within 15 days, unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items: sale, perishable, or intimate products.

Contact support for return approval and shipping label.

Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial refunds may apply for damaged or incomplete items. Exchanges require return first.
