Due to the personalized nature of prescription glasses and custom lenses, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

There is an error from our side (wrong lens power, frame, or damage).
🌍 International Orders
Refunds for international orders are processed in USD ($).
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for international orders must be paid by the customer.
🇵🇰 Domestic Orders (Pakistan)
Refunds for Pakistan orders are processed in PKR.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
